 Anna posses Commercial Marketing and sales experience from Brazil, having her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a focus on Tourism and Hospitality as well as her Associate’s Degree in International Business. Being born into a family of affluent business entrepreneurs, she learned that it was important to Invest into Real Estate. As an investor herself in Brazil, she has acquired a passion for Real Estate and has a natural eye for interior design. Anna brings vast marketing and customer experience that will ensure optimal and extensive promotion for your listing.

 Fred worked as a Design Builder for 30 years in Santa Barbara California. During that period he also rehabbed commercial and residential properties with a variety of Banks and Private Investors. He was also introduced to the Real Estate business in 1981 when his Mother became a Realtor® with Century 21 in Los Angeles. Fred obtained his license and worked with Century 21 and then went to an independent Brokerage Firm in Santa Barbara this helped broaden his own Real Estate Investing career.

With the combination of years of experience between Fred and Anna they bring their clients the ultimate service by utilizing all they have learned through their other businesses and education.
